General terms and conditions
Please consider the following before ordering to ensure you have the best experience possible:
- Make sure you are of legal age to order – the 18 year age limit applies to all purchases from us. Orders placed in violation of terms and/or fraudulently will not be refunded.
- Make sure you enter the correct information so that delivery can be made, including a mobile phone number for SMS notification as this is most common.
- Make sure you enable delivery (e.g. be home at the agreed time or pick up the package before it is sent back) to avoid additional costs.
Prices and payment
All orders are shipped after payment has been received or an approved guarantee from one of our partners.
All payments are made at the cashier upon check-out or via bank transfer or deposit into a bank account.
When transferring from abroad and when depositing by bank transfer, it usually takes 1-3 days for the payment to be registered in our system.
Orders are only shipped from stock when payment is confirmed. Orders can also be delivered cash on delivery to a registered address. Additional costs apply.
All prices include Swedish VAT, currently 25% unless otherwise stated. This means that no VAT is added for orders within the European Union.
For orders outside Sweden, there may be additional costs that are not known to us. Outside the EU, VAT costs may also be added.
Orders placed without payment will be removed after 10 days unless payment or notification of the reason has come to our attention.
Deliveries
All deliveries are made at our own risk. The customer is responsible for providing correct and sufficient information for us to carry out the delivery.
Customer is responsible for knowing any regulations that apply to their area or country when it comes to specific products.
We reserve the right to choose our own carrier when choosing free shipping. In some cases, we may also have to change your choice due to destination or the nature of the product that makes delivery according to your wishes impossible. However, we try as far as possible to follow the customer's wishes.
Deliveries are made according to the terms of the respective carrier. We ensure that all orders are shipped from us within 24 hours on weekdays. Deliveries within Sweden usually take 1 day but we cannot guarantee the delivery time. Within Europe the delivery time is usually 3-5 days and for the rest of the world 5-15 days.
Complaints about missing deliveries must be received by email no later than 30 days after delivery confirmation. However, it is best to contact us within 14 days, as this is the usual waiting time for goods at the delivery location if the order is ready for collection.
Notification of delivery is made according to the carrier's procedures via email, text message or letter. All information must be correctly filled in by the customer.
In cases where a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or the order is not picked up on time, the customer will be charged SEK 250 for return and handling costs.
Right of withdrawal
14 days right of withdrawal / open purchase applies - the time is counted from receipt of the goods. To cancel your purchase, please notify us at info@billigtbling
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refund will be made within 30 days using the same payment method originally chosen by the buyer. Any costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products where the seal has been broken, where the product or packaging is damaged. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are packed sufficiently well for transport. Responsibility for return transport falls on the customer. Complaints, returns & warranty
In the event of a wrong item or an error in the received item, or a missing item, this must be reported to us promptly at info@billigtbling.se
Please attach pictures or video to prove the problem with the product.
In the event that we believe that the product must be returned to us for assessment, we will pay the shipping. If the complaint is not valid and the product is damaged due to incorrect or injudicious use, all costs incurred will be charged to the buyer. We reserve the right to decide what action will be taken for the complaint (new product, cancel the purchase, offer a discount, repair or replace for repair)
Visible damage, defects and missing items must be claimed within 30 days of payment. Hidden manufacturing defects must be claimed within 3 years of purchase and no later than 2 months after discovery. The right of claim does not cover normal wear and tear and the expected lifespan of the product.
Warranties apply to the following respective product and supplier terms and conditions as stated in the product description in question.
Personal information
When you place your order with us, you agree that we store and use your information in our operations to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. In this case, please contact us by email.
